Meditaion


Meditation!!! it may sound very boring to some people. But in my thought this word presents power and calmness. I used to participate meditation club. First it was so hard to do it. A little while later it turned into some free moments of my life. Try to imagine you are sitting and thinking about nothing, no thought in your brain ! It's rest for your brain. Even when you are sleeping there are thoughts in your brain, which is dream. That means your brain never rests. Give some time to your brain to rest. After meditation you will feel very calm and rested. Mostly Buddhism teaches meditation. The goal of meditation is to feel nothing of nothingness. Meditation won't take long time, so you should try it sometime. Hope you like it
