It’s really hard to imagine someone’s life without computer, in these days. Computer is really important part of our life. Father of computer is calculator. First use of word “computer” was recorded in 17th century. The meaning of this word was the person carried out calculations. Since middle of 20th century this word has used as we use now. That means first computer was made around 1960s. Since 1990 computer development rose really fast. Now computer is just regular thing in our life. We need computer as water and air. We use computer for find information of something and for fun.
Finding information about something on computer is really easy now, but you need internet on your computer. How computer did help my life? I study in Tacoma Community College, and I’m enjoying it. Without computer and internet I wouldn’t have a chance to study in this school. Actually computer made my life easier and better. But there is always dark side of something. Here is my favorite phrase “Brighter lights make darker shades”. Some people use computers for criminal activity. Also computer is not only for work and search information, it can be fun too.
There are some fun things to do on computer. There are lots of computer games: online, strategy, action and sports. Even you can draw on it. Also it has benefit. For playing computer games makes you smart, because you have to think every seconds when play. In addition you can chat with your friend via messenger or social networking. Like I said before the dark side of playing computer games are: you’ll get lazy and bad for you health and eyes and make you want to control things even it is not on computer.
Everybody needs to learn how to use computer. There are many people don’t have any idea about computer. Highly developed countries should pay attention for that. Using computer gives you lot of advantages, such as you don’t have to use pen and paper, don’t have to have separate calculator or typewriter. But sometimes people should get off from the computer. If your life is so easy, there will be no happiness in your life. But still it is needed. Modern life is based in computer.
