Weight
To live healthy is most important part of people’s life. There are some ways to lose your health. The gaining weight is one of the biggest enemies of health. But gaining weight doesn’t always have to be bad. There are some good purpose and some bad ones. The good purposes are to build muscle and gain weight for appearance. Bad way to gain weight is to get fat and lose control of your weight and eating. Also there are some causes of decease.
Some people have no idea what they’re eating and how much weight they are gaining. Nowadays people eat food with high calories, such as burgers, pizza, butter and donuts. They know these foods are bad for their health, but they never quit eating that kind of stuff. But don’t blame all of them. Some of them eat healthy and low fat foods. According to www.wikipedia.org “64% of American people are overweight”. That means too many people lost control of their weight. “Moreover, as noted in a recent Federal trade commission report to Congress, in 2006 industry spent more than $1.6 billion to market foods and beverages to children and adolescents in the United States” (Rodriguez. C pg. 231). This means children have eaten too many junk foods and almost anybody didn’t care about this. Mostly women always care about their weight. They drink tea; take pills to lose some weight. But most of them don’t lose any weight; they just spend their money for nothing.
And there are some decease makes somebody get fat. Some people gain weight because of stress, heart, and stomach and liver problems. Scientists and doctor always try to figure out these problems. But they haven’t succeeded yet. But most of these deceases are cause of food. Also some people think smoking will lose weight, but it’s not true. Smoking will make you gain weight even more.
There are a lot people go to gym. They play basketball and work out for their health. Also some of them go there to build muscle. They drink special powder to gain weight. Once they have gained weight then they lift weight and do exercises to turn them into muscle. Building muscle is good for health and also for appearance. Coaches of all kind of athlete are against of fast food.
The best way to control your weight is to do exercise, not eating over limit and health. Most of people don’t know about their weight gaining. Because they gain weight very slowly. Also people must not eat high calorie food all the time. In addition, people control themselves for not to gain weight. To being fat and overweighed is bad for people’s health and finance.
